We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and self-driven candidate who would like to have a challenging and meaningful career path in fundraising, CSR engagement, and social sector. Fundraising and CSR engagement are key focus areas at our NGO and require a proactive and dynamic approach.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vijayawada that involves both in-person and remote work as a Fundraiser.
The Fundraiser will be responsible for creating and implementing fundraising campaigns, researching and pursuing potential donors, preparing donation proposals and appeals, and maintaining donor records and reports. The Fundraiser will also be responsible for organizing fundraising events and developing relationships with donors, corporate and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet the financial goals of Aashritha Charitable Trust.
– Identify potential donors, sponsors, and partners, and cultivate strong relationships with them.
– Organize and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and activities to attract donations and support.
– Create compelling fundraising materials, including proposals, presentations, and reports, to effectively communicate the organization’s mission and impact.
– Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to enhance the visibility of Aashritha Charitable Trust and its initiatives.
– Utilize various channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and traditional media, to promote fundraising efforts.
– Research and stay updated on fundraising trends, donor preferences, and relevant industry developments.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor databases, tracking contributions and interactions.
– Provide regular reports to management on fundraising progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, Nonprofit Management, etc.).
– Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or sales, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong research and writing skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
